Since the latest update 3.8.1 on twenty thirteen when I open my site on a mobile dvice
the header, site content , navbar are not resizing / Scaling to the device resolution.
for example the navbar fonts are still large which means they are stacking and the main content fonts are not reducing in size.
This problem has only started occurring on Windows Mobile devices.
the site still resizes correctly on ipad /iphone?
please somebody help I can only think there must be somebody out there that knows how to resolve this.
