I need my home pages recent posts to have a text or title along the lines of "My Blog" that appear at the top of recent posts.

I have used this link to create a recent posts template so I could have the posts on multiple pages. But it appears to over right and of the text in a page or posts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
