SAPinfoASAP on "Color Issues in Chrome vs IE"

Hi,

I hope this is in the right forum. I'm having an issue with displaying the background color correctly in Chrome. Everything looks fine in IE. Here's an example:

Does anyone know of a bug or has seen this happen before?

I don't believe all Chrome browsers have this problem, but mine is appearing incorrectly.
