jonnypye on "Responsive getting rid of gap under menu"

I and trying to get my WP theme to match my Portfolio site and have a gap between the menu and the content that I need to get rid of and am not sure how. Here is a screenshot of what it should look like.

That little gap is annoying me because I want to blog to flow well with the main site. any help is appreciated, thanks.
