I want to put breaks and a division line in between each shipping method. I know coding but I dont want to alter the plugin and have it crash on me without knowing what to alter. Help meh please :)

- I set up the shipping so that when someone places an order they can choose from 1 out of 3 methods depending on where they are, and the weights are already put into each product
Heres a screenshot of it now with the shipping methods to close together, and the zone box is right above the second option etc. which makes users tend to overlook. To remedy this I would like to push up the zone boxes a bit, and add in divide lines (2) - one below usa, and one below canda. If both are not possible I think the divider lines alone would do the trick. Images below
