Heya,
I've always relied on Twenty Twelve as my Parent Theme but recently someone challenged me to consider Boilerplate + Bootstrap + SASS (optionally). That eventually lead me to the Roots Theme but it appears that Roots is not designed to be a Parent Theme. Which seems counter-productive at a first glance so I could really use some input from ya'll to:
Help me understand whether or not I should adopt that as a Parent Theme or "starter" Theme over Twenty Twelve.
