I am looking for a very easily customisable theme, that resembles this site: example
Homepage: header with logo and horizontal menu, then a full width large box and then a sidebar with a blog.
Seperate pages should have the same layout.
If I understand it correctly, this shouldn't be too hard to do with wordpress, but I simply don't know how, and am looking for an easy customisable theme that very much resembles my example.
I have found two examples which I think should be ok to work with, since they offer lots of extra's, if I wanted to add a page with no sidebar, or with a sidebar left or right etc.

I really like the style of this theme, if I can also add a top-box easily, it should work?
What would you advise me, being a beginner? Do you know of a great ready to go theme?
