NewsBuild on "[Theme: picolight] Picolight: How to Change H1 Tag Colore"

On the template page, right below the header there is an H1 Tag. Mine says "Welcome" because that's the title I gave it on my home page.
The link of this H1 tag is blue. I want to change it to black. I've highlighted the word with firebug to find it's location in the Stylesheet. However, when I open the Stylesheet and scroll down, I can't find the correspodning css line for the color of the H1 tag. Again, the line is there when I view it with Firebug--but not on the stylesheet. I've also looked in pagnavi-css.css and can't find it there either. Anyone got a solution?
