Hi! I am having a couple problems with a template I am using from Theme Forest called teardrop. I emailed for support, but got a response that he is out of the country until the 16th (unbelievable! LOL) so I figured I'd take a shot here:
My first problem is in the gallery (the fashion gallery in particular)- the images open up into lightboxes, but previous to that they are smaller (bigger than thumbnails). The problem is that in their smaller size-instead of resizing the complete image, it is cropping it. Sometimes a head ends up missing, or legs, or whatever. My friend/client does not want that to happen...any ideas as to why this is happening and how to fix it?
Secondly in the beauty gallery, when an image is clicked on, an error appears saying invalid path, make sure the file exists. The file does indeed exist, and was loaded into the media library the same way as all the images in the fashion gallery that DO open up just fine. The gallery was also created the exact same way. The only difference is it is a separate gallery. I have tried deleting and recreating the gallery with the same problem still arising. I notice that when hovering over the image that the path at the bottom left of the screen is missing the folders that the file is in, and just says "url/attachment=23.." for example instead of "url/wp-content/uploads/imagename.jpg" but again, the actual image is in the exact same place as other images that open fine in the other gallery. ALL of the images in the beauty gallery are doing this. Any ideas??
Any help is much appreciated =D
