GWIS on "[Theme: Twenty Twelve] Drop down menus disappear too quickly"

After the update to WordPress version 3.7.1, no one can access the drop down menus because they disappear as soon as the cursor moves down the screen to click on them. How can I get the drop down menus to stay on the screen longer?
