3rails on "[Theme: Nictitate] Staff Widgets"

Hi all,

i would like to make a Kopa Staffs Widgets with picture like in the demo version. So i put a html code of the picture in the staff title, the picture come properly. The only problem is that an other part appear just over with "Romain <img src=">" in it.
Could you please help me ;)
