For my new site I have a very peculiar design in mind. I need to rework Zalive to achieve this look and functions. However, my css and html knowledge are rather limited, so I hope you can help me.
Here is the look I've designed and need to achieve

There is 3 menu actually. A simple one on top with words linked to pages.
Then 2 other: one top bar with 3 buttons of different colours. And then the the bottom bar, 5 buttons. I’d like these 2 bar menus to have “sliders” when rolled over - the reference for me is what you see here

First thing first, if anyone has some ideas to create any of these 3 menus from Zalive? Widget, css rewrite etc?
