Johnnyzooph on "Parallax themes and Wordpress"

Hi aal
I've just purchased some one page parallax themes.
Once I 'd bought them I realised they weren't WP themes.
Is there a plugin or coding I can use to integrate them with Genesis or Wordpress themes?
