ste.giraldo on "[Theme: activetab] Moving Submit comment box to top of the page"

Hi,
since I have a lot of comment in my pages, I inverted the order of post, showing the newer on the top and the older at the bottom of the page. Now I would like to have also the "Submit comment box" on top, so users don't have to scroll to the bottom to find the box for post a new comment.
Any ideas about the code I have to modify? I also search for a plugin about this, but I didn't found anything useful...
