BSK on "[Theme: Twenty Fourteen] how to add sidebar menu to mobile dropdown?"

anyone know if there's a way to add the sidebar menu links to the main nav dropdown when viewing on mobile? right now i see them as pushed to the bottom of the page in mobile view.
