Hey guys,
I'm a newbie here and building my first blog. I have 2 days of HTML experience so please have patience, I'm a dummy still. I've realized that HTML coding is some pretty cool stuff and I'm a quick learner so I'm going to continue to play no matter what anybody says. :)
After a few hours or so, I have been using the google chrome developer tool to play and find things in the style css but I am having trouble accomplishing what I want.
Theme: POINT
Page: http://www.itcomesnatural.com
I want to change the font size and/or style (probably both) in the menu bar to start and play from there throughout the theme (color too). I have found how to convert colors in paint to the HTML code also. I seem to have found the location under "framework" in the coding but changing the PX value, color code or anything else doesn't seem to do anything. However, deleting the who line does convert the text so I think I'm in the right place. I am aware of backing up what you change so I'm very careful with that but am I going about this all wrong? Am I supposed to be using a plugin? I am editing right from the editor tool under appearance.
I want the font smaller in the menu bar and don't care if it makes other fonts smaller. The color code is 84A475. Font style I am unsure of at this point. I still don't know about the families and styles and how to get that information.
Sorry for the long post.
Any help is be GREATLY appreciated.
Kevin
