AndyD_OHD on "The Cherry Framework"

HI,

I installed WP8 and now trying ti install the cherry framework but I got the following error:
"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/qcscl/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 542

I was recommended to create a php.ini and add "memory_limit = 150M" as the file contents. I wondered whether that is sufficient or whether something else should be done? I did read the following advice offered to someone for a similar issue: "add this to your wp-config.php file:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');"

Could anyone advise?
