How do I change the location of the 'featured image'? I'd like it to show up in the sidebar. Alternately, can someone suggest a simple widget for use in the sidebar that will just display a single image...
More generally - What exactly is the 'featured image - what controls it's location? Is it a widget? I'm not exactly sure why it exists if it's just a way to make an image appear on multiple pages...
