henryeight on "Change a block colour in a theme"

Hello,

I have just set up a child theme so that I can make a few changes to TwentyThirteen. Can anyone please tell me where on the style sheet I can change or remove the colour block behind the links to Catagories, Recent Posts Archives etc. at the bottom of the page.
