pigsound on "[Theme: Hueman] theme option settings not loaded?"

i changed the styling theme options and saved it but reloading the site does not show my custom changes. i cleared the cache and tried again, but the custom styling won't show.
on the other hand, when i put my custom stylings into the style.css file of my theme and upload it, the site shows the changes.
what is going wrong in the theme options?
