USPA on "need to put nav bar below header in 2012 theme"

I am using the 2012 theme. The Nav bar is above the header. How do I put it below the header? This is the temporary page http://173.254.28.56/~psychotr. I am new to WP so please be detailed if this can be solved. Thank you.
