I'm trying to edit the navigation bar in the twenty eleven theme so that it's a ribbon style. I am referring to it as #access in the style sheet, but I want to use a wrapper, and I'm not sure where to insert the html code. At this point, it looks as if it goes into the header.php. Or would it go somewhere else?
In the meantime, I am reading up on the wordpress codex and the structure of this theme, but not quickly enough!
