stargirl1 on "Bluebubble theme how do i show full excerpt & remove footer menu"

hi,

i've just installed the BlueBubble wordpress portfolio theme.

i have it set to show full text but it's only showing an excerpt on the post items. also how do i remove the bottom menu footer. i don't want to show the blog either. thanks in advance.
