enzodestasio on "problem with vortex theme"

Hi, i have a very serious problem with Vortex theme,
my website http://www.ilpuntoconsumabile.it have a problem with
upload of media and installation of update of plugins.

those are messages tht showed at my screen:
1.(of updating plugins)
Si è verificato un errore durante l'aggiornamento di Facebook Comments: Impossibile creare la directory. /htdocs/wp-content/upgrade/facebook-comments-plugin.tmp.

2.(of upload media)
Il file caricato non pu&ograve essere spostato in /home/mhd-01/www.ilpuntoconsumabile.it/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2013/06.

then if u can see my website in up of sreen is present this message:

pls can u help me, i work with my blog and now i'm stopping with tht!!
