latituderesorts on "[Theme: Customizr] menu tabs not working. I think :-)"

Anyone got any ideas here. on my site http://www.thedigitalmediastrategist.com the main menu tabs that have a dropdown off them dont actually click through to the pages. Only the menu tabs with no dropdowms work? Something simple Im sure.. txs Guy
