houseofjoanne on "Custom Header missing"

I bought a pre-made wordpress theme.
Parent theme - twentytwelve
I uploaded a custom header through Appearance > Header > Choose Image > Upload > Save Changes. Checked my site and my header never showed. The text that was there is gone too. The header section is completely missing. I wanted to delete it but there's no option to delete it and the image is no where to be found. I even looked on cyberduck and it's not there.
